Shipping costs are paid in full by buyer, additional fees may apply. Civil disputes will be litigated at Drumheller, Alberta courthouse. Central Alberta Auction Services reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. No health guarantee is given on any animal. Upon pickup it is the buyers responsibility to inspect the animal, and if any sickness or injury is discovered, the buyer will be refunded their purchase price only, and the animal will be returned to the seller. Once the exchange has occurred, there is NO GUARANTEE and no refunds will be issued. If a seller fails to deliver an animal or item the bidder has purchased, to the exchange location on the correct date and time, the buyer will be refunded their purchase price and NO ADDITIONAL compensation. All Dogs & Cats will be examined by our Veterinarian at an additional expense of $36.75 per animal.
