All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction; regardless as to whether or not they have physically examined. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that the item(s) are to their satisfaction. Upon registration, bidder is responsible for their device(s) and all individuals with access to the device/account. Central Alberta Auction Services Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Applicable taxes (Alberta 5%) and Buyer's premium rate charged (8%) are applied to all items. Payment types accepted are etransfer, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX. Cash payments will only be accepted if arrangements have been made prior to bidding. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 3%. Shipping of all purchases will occur the week AFTER the auction exchange weekend. Shipping costs are paid in full by buyer, additional fees may apply. Civil disputes will be litigated at Drumheller, Alberta courthouse. All legal fees will be paid by bidder if you fail to understand our terms & conditions. If you do not have a credit card, and are therefor unable to register on this platform, please contact us. Central Alberta Auction Services reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. No health guarantee is given on any animal. Upon pickup it is the buyers responsibility to inspect the animal, and if any sickness or injury is discovered, the buyer will be refunded their purchase price only, and the animal will be returned to the seller. Once the exchange has occurred, there is NO GUARANTEE and no refunds will be issued. If a seller fails to deliver an animal or item the bidder has purchased, to the exchange location on the correct date and time, the buyer will be refunded their purchase price and NO ADDITIONAL compensation. All Dogs & Cats will be examined by our Veterinarian at an additional expense of $36.75 per animal.
